Bedford Pediatrics follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended visit schedule. This begins with a newborn visit within 1-3 days of going home from the hospital, which may depend on instructions and recommended follow up by the medical providers at the hospital/birthing center.
Follow up and routine visits will be scheduled after the first newborn visit. Immunizations are also administered at many of these visit per the AAP recommendations.
