David S. Geller, MD

Dr. Geller has been practicing in the Lexington/Bedford area since 1996 and established Bedford Pediatrics in 2018. Having grown up in Maine, he has always tried to bring a small-town, personal touch to his practice of medicine. He attended Brandeis University and Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency and medical training at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is very involved in the local community, including being the medical consultant for various preschools, public schools and summer programs, as well as serving as a member of the Lexington Board of Health. He lives in Lexington with his wife Jen, and three daughters. 

Dr. Geller enjoys staying active, good music, good friends, and a good laugh.

Bronson Terry, MD

Dr. Terry grew up in Concord and attended Concord-Carlisle High School.  He graduated from Harvard College in 1994 and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2002.  After completing his pediatric residency in Oregon, he and his wife felt a strong desire to return to their New England roots.  After seven years working at a community hospital in Connecticut they moved back to the Boston area with their son and two daughters.  Before joining Bedford Pediatrics, Dr. Terry practiced for five years at Lexington Pediatrics.  In addition to primary care, he has a particular interest in treating asthma, ADHD, and blood disorders.  Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, going on hikes with their dog, and coaching his daughter's soccer team.  



Caitlin Anderson, MD

Dr. Anderson grew up in Concord, MA and attended Princeton University and Tufts Medical School.  She completed her internship at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Medical Center and completed her pediatric residency at Tufts Children’s Hospital. Following her training, Dr. Anderson worked at Tufts Community Pediatrics in Brockton and recently, at Medford Pediatrics.  Dr. Anderson lives in Lexington with her husband and three young children. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, hiking with her dog, going to the beach, and hitting up all the area playgrounds with the kids. 


Jill Simon, MD

Dr. Simon grew up in NYC and graduated from Williams College and Weill Cornell University Medical College.  She completed her residency at Massachusetts General Hospital.  After her training, she worked as a pediatrician in Concord, MA and then as a pediatric emergency room doctor, spending time at Boston Children’s Hospital and most recently in Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Pediatric Emergency Department.  Dr. Simon lives in Lexington with her two children and two cats. She stays active playing softball, and spends a lot of time outdoors including being a camp doctor at Crane Lake Camp.


Diana Wasserman, MD

and Breaker, the Therapy Dog

Dr. Diana Wasserman graduated from Yale University School of Medicine and trained in general pediatrics at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and The Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She completed training in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine and the Yale Child Study Center. At the Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Dr. Wasserman served as a Pediatric Consultant and trained in psychoanalytically-oriented child therapy. After being employed in private practice in both Connecticut and Ohio, Dr. Wasserman spent time in Rochester, NY, where she worked in a multidisciplinary developmental and learning center, serving as a Consultant to schools in the diverse Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. She has been on staff at the Cleveland Clinic and most recently at Massachusetts General Hospital and their Lurie Center for Autism.

Breaker is a third generation therapy dog. His brother and grandmother worked at the Long Island Ronald McDonald House helping children with chronic illness. Breaker was certified by "Therapy Dogs International" in 2021. As a puppy, he appeared in the Umbrella Theater production of "The Curious Incident of the Dog at Midnight." He regularly visits the students of Clarke Middle School in Lexington. Breaker's predecessor was Dr. Wasserman's dog, Diesel, who worked as a therapy dog for ten years.

Carissa Glavine, PNP

Carissa has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Bedford area since 2005. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then worked as an inpatient pediatric nurse in San Diego, CA, before returning to graduate school at Yale University for her master’s degree. Carissa enjoys being part of the community, living locally with her three children and husband, Mike. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and her special interests include newborn care and adolescent health needs. When she is not at Bedford Pediatrics, you may find her in a hot yoga studio.

Tara Stevens, PNP

 

Tara has worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 20 years. She attended Villanova University and completed her master’s degree and nurse practitioner training at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Tara worked in a suburban primary care office, part of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia network, for 13 years. In 2010, she moved with her family to the Boston area where she continued her pediatric career as a nurse practitioner in Bedford. 

Living in Lexington with her husband, Matt, and their three teenagers, Tara stays busy supporting her children's extracurricular activities and spending time with friends and family.  She enjoys patients of all ages, and her special interests include sleep issues in younger children along with the mental health and psychosocial concerns of her older patients.  Tara stays active by rowing on the Charles, a sport that she enjoyed in college.

Jen Munro, FNP

Jen has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012. She graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover with a Bachelor of Science in health sciences and then completed her Masters in nursing with a concentration in Family Practice at Simmons College in Boston. She worked briefly in urgent care before focusing on pediatric care in 2013.  Jen provides care for all ages, and has a special interest in the care of adolescent and young adults, including mental health issues and disordered eating. Jen grew up in Billerica and currently lives in Chelmsford with her husband and two sons. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her family and creating custom artwork.


Dana Freier, PNP

Dana has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner locally since 2005. Originally from Lexington, she attended Skidmore College and completed her master’s degree and nurse practitioner training at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Dana lives in Bedford with her husband, Brian, and their two sons. Having played basketball and lacrosse in college, Dana can often be found running through town or at the gym. She enjoys taking care of all things related to pediatrics, actively cheering on her sons’ (and all local teams) sports from the sidelines, and always brings her "A" game to the office.

Rebecka Evans, Psychiatric NP

Rebecka graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Nursing and Sociology, received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Yale University and earned her Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse degree at Boston College. Rebecka has practiced as Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2010 and has worked at Children’s Hospital Boston, the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center and a private practice in Belmont.

Rebecka practices an integrative approach to psychiatric treatment, using both conventional and complementary therapies to develop individualized plans based on child/adolescent and family needs. She has experience working with children, adolescents and families with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, affective disorders, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, and post-partum depression. 

Rebecka lives in Lexington with her husband and 3 young children. She is passionate about creating art and regularly finds the time to stay active and loves to row, run, hike and do yoga.

Erica Savino Moffat, Psychiatric NP, LMHC

Erica graduated from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, completed a Master's Degree at Boston University School of Medicine's Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine program in advance of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and earned a Master's degree in (Psychiatric/Mental Health) Nursing at Boston College. In addition to her work at our office, Erica maintains an adult psychopharmacology practice. 

Erica believes that mental health treatment is an important way to balance the competing stressors of life when they become overwhelming, and takes an eclectic, creative, family-based approach to her work.  Erica has worked with individuals with many different conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, and is particularly interested in children and adults on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities, women in all stages of childbearing, and adolescents. Working with all kinds of children is her joy.

Erica lives with her husband and two children. She loves being physically active with running, spin classes.


Elizabeth Carey, Psychiatric NP 

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Simmons College and completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Boston College. 

Elizabeth’s passion for mental health care is rooted in her value of caring for the whole person. As a nurse practitioner in the field of psychiatric-mental health care, Elizabeth aims to best support individuals and their families with thoughtful, intentional, and personalized care. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults living with anxiety, depression, affective disorders, OCD, and ADHD.

She has several years experience as a member of the Neurotherapeutics team at McLean Hospital, as well as experience working as a nurse in medical/surgical oncology and perioperative care.

Elizabeth finds joy in being by the ocean, staying active, and spending time with family and her dog.


Dorothea Iannuzzi PhD, LICSW, BCBA  

Dorothea is a clinical social worker with over 25 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, she is a board-certified behavior analyst, and obtained a PhD in health profession education from Simmons University in 2018. Her clinical interests include working with transition age youth and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and co-occurring health conditions.  She is the proud mother of two young adults and recently welcomed her first grandchild Clara to the family which has been a huge source of joy. Dorothea loves spending her free  time on the beaches of Cape Cod and in her backyard.


Julie Cullen, LISCW

Julie graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and received her Masters degrees in Social Work and Special Education from Boston University.  She has worked as the Clinical Director in residential treatment, the Program Administrator for a public therapeutic high school program, and maintains a private practice in Andover.   She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, is intensively trained in DBT and the ARC Trauma treatment Protocol, and can support children with a variety of mental health concerns. Julie lives with her husband and two children in Burlington, is a Town Meeting member, and spends most of her time at hockey rinks and baseball fields cheering on her boys.


Riley Prichard, RD

Riley graduated from Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition and completed a Dietetic Internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. Riley believes in providing a judgment-free space to develop nutrition goals tailored to each patient’s specific needs. She enjoys educating young people on establishing realistic and sustainable nutrition habits with the firm belief that these habits will benefit their long term health outcomes. In her free time, Riley loves being around family and traveling as often as she can.
